Predictive, Power and Preview Dialler
Dialler software allows for simultaneous dialling of multiple numbers of an outbound call centre. Predictive dialling keeps track of the call centre activity and uses advance real-time algorithms to present ‘live/human’ calls to the agents just as they become available. AVM (Automated Voice Messaging)
A dialler calls numbers in a database and plays a message to the person who answers, giving the called party the choice to speak to an agent. For Example, if a sales call centre has a special the dialler can phone a list of numbers and present the special to the called party. The IVR (Interactive Transactional Voice Response) will give the called party an option to speak to an agent or select an option on the phone keyboard.
