The CT Switch software has a system database server containing related data that is stored and processed as part of the call or contact centre business process. Agent view software is installed on the supervisor’s workstation, to monitor agent’s performance, call centre performance and check the agent’s availability. Reporter software provides summary and detail statistical reports on the activity of the contact/call centre.
